I have spent the last ten years counseling and coaching individuals from all walks of life. My own passion for self actualization, and living my dreams, led me to Booker T. Crenshaw Christian Leadership University, where I earned my undergraduate degree in Theology, and went on to obtain my Master of Arts in Theology, with an emphasis in Counseling. Receiving my certification as a Life Coach, was no coincidence, it was destined, because my dream, is to help people realize their dreams. All of the knowledge I’ve gained, has given me expertise in revealing the best in you, and others like you, who want to live the life of their wishes. The skills I’ve gained are the tools you will learn, to transition you from a state of existing, into a thriving, balanced life, full of joy. The support I offer, is motivated by my first hand understanding, of the difficulties that present themselves, once we decide to make a change in our life, toward better. Without the proper tools, it is easy to fall back into old patterns, that do not serve the vision of who we would like to become. I am here to offer you resources that will keep you focused on your future, versus succumbing to the distractions of a present circumstance, or the lingering judgments we carry about the past.
